Julie Murray

Julie has over 20 years’ legal experience in private practice. She holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from UWA. Julie has had a diverse range of legal experiences. After finishing law school she worked for several years with the national firm Clayton Utz where she worked in banking and finance and mining law. In 1996 Julie moved to her husband’s family farm at Tincurrin, 3 hours south east of Perth where she worked as a solicitor with the Narrogin firm, WL & KJ Everett in property law before having some time away from law while her children were small. From 2002 until July 2012 Julie worked as a sole practitioner in Tincurrin. In 2012 she relocated to Perth for her children’s secondary education and continued working as a sole practitioner. From August 2014 to December 2016 Julie worked at Lawfield Legal Practice in West Perth where she gained valuable experience as Lawfield adheres to the Law Society Quality Practice Standards. In 2016 Julie opened her practice Yarramundi Law which is based in Perth and on their family farm in Tincurrin. Julie enjoys meeting people, understanding their businesses and helping them to achieve their goals.
